But she certainly did not count on a hidden camera capturing her in the privacy of her own home. An outraged Nasha is now considering legal action against the company which owns the studio apartment off Jalan Ampang. Nasha, 32, lodged a police report on July 27 after discovering a small pinhole camera placed strategically in an air-conditioner above a mirror where she was doing her aerobic exercises. The actress, who has starred in Bara, Gerak Khas The Movie and Laila Isabella, said she had strong evidence to take the culprit to court. “The police carried out investigations and tracked down the culprit who confessed to hiding the camera in my apartment. “The culprit, who was remanded for one-and-a-half day, led police to the videotape which was kept in his parents’ house in Ulu Kelang. The videotape, which was seized, is being kept by the police now,” said Nasha, who has since moved out of the unit. “I watched the tape in horror as it had footage of me at home in all kinds of action, which I don’t want to go into in detail. “Home is supposed to be the safest place. After seeing all this, I was more adamant to pursue the matter and take legal action,” she said. According to Nasha, the culprit had made attempts to settle the matter but she was not interested as it was damaging to her reputation and had violated her privacy. “I don’t want my pictures to be circulated over the Internet. The public wouldn’t know what actually took place. “That’s why I want to put things in the right perspective and consulted my lawyer,” said Nasha, who would be calling for a press conference soon to explain why she was taking legal action. “I hope this will serve as a lesson to any Peeping Tom. Intruding is wrong and the person doing it should be punished.” “I am not sure if any other copies have been made. 'I don’t want any compensation or public apology. All I want is justice,” said Nasha, who will soon be seen in another Tayangan Unggul production called Trauma, to be directed by Aziz M. Osman.

Dia dituduh menceroboh ke apartmen Nasha Aziz atau Noraisah A Aziz, 32, dan memasang kamera intip di situ antara April hingga Julai 2002. Dia melakukan kesalahan itu di B2-3, Shahzan Court, Jalan Nipah, Off Jalan Ampang. Dakwaan itu mengikut Seksyen 448 Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa hukuman penjara setahun atau denda maksimum RM2,000 atau kedua-duanya sekali, jika sabit kesalahan.
